At ZONESUN, we stand by the quality of our multi-function packaging machinery and offer a 30-day return policy for unused equipment in its original packaging. Our goal is to ensure your production line operates with total precision and complete satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our technical support team with your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully clean the machinery and place it back into its original wooden crate or industrial box with all internal protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipment & Tracking

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship the unit back to our central warehouse using a carrier that provides comprehensive tracking.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our engineers verify the machine's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
